Each domain fails in its own way.
That is why the laboratory is divided by domain rather than by technology. Each one sets out its philosophy first — what it studies and why — and then its projects.
Five laboratories.
- LAB.01 Industrial Technical knowledge locked in catalogues and documentation
- LAB.02 Health & Pharma Assisted formulation and regulated decision support
- LAB.03 Marketing Reconciling campaign and revenue data for prediction
- LAB.04 Electoral Voting behaviour, party systems and forecast models
- LAB.05 Agentic Systems How multi-agent systems are designed to survive production
About the cases you will find.
No company appears by name. It is a working condition rather than a marketing precaution: what is studied inside an organisation belongs to it, including the fact that it was studied.
What is described precisely is the mechanism: what the problem was, what was built, which design decisions were taken and which turned out to be wrong. That is the part with value for someone assessing a similar project.
Figures come from systems in production and always state what they measure. Where something is a target rather than a result, it says so.
