- A constituted management team, not a single person
- A concrete process that hurts and that somebody can describe
- Own data, however disorganised
- Willingness of the board to be in the room
- A horizon of months, not weeks
A conversation, with no sales script.
Forty-five minutes to understand the problem and say plainly whether it fits what we know how to do. If it does not, you will know in that call.
01 / What to expect
Three parts.
- 01
Context first
We listen before proposing. What the company does, which process hurts, what has already been tried and why it did not work. Half the conversation is this.
- 02
Fit or dismissal
If the problem is better solved by fixing a process, changing a tool or hiring a person, we say so there. It happens often and it does not bother us.
- 03
Entry point
If there is a fit, we define where to start: the programme, a bounded diagnostic, or a development directly if the problem is already precisely identified.
02 / Booking

03 / Fit
Who we work with.
Usually fits
Does not fit
- Looking for cheap tool training
- Wanting to outsource the problem without learning anything
- Expecting AI to resolve a business crisis
- Negotiating scope as if it were a price
- Gambling, adult content, weapons
One way in
The calendar is the only channel. We do not publish an address: an unstructured inbox
turns into a queue nobody answers well, and a conversation resolves in forty-five
minutes what a thread of messages leaves unresolved for weeks.
